The machines are mainly used to strand bare copper wire cores and bare aluminium wire cores . The Equipment Configuration:      It is installed with a fixed reeling-out stand, a twister, a wire-combination die holder, a dual traction device, a reeling-in/out stand, a drive system and  an electric control system ,etc .It can also be equipped with a taping device according to the request of end users.The Unique Feature:      1. The cylinder body of the machine works as a whole in twostages,making a radial beating slightly, being supported by the front and rear bearings so that it moves steady, makes a low noise and serves a life long service.      2. The bobbin of the machine is clamped by disc-shaped springs and  released by a pneumatic device so that its operation is easy and its safety is reliable.      3. As the machine is equipped with the protective links such as an automatic stopping device for a wire breakage and an emergency stop device,its  safe and reliable.      4. The machine has adopted an imported programmable controller so as to command and coordinate each electronic active status of the whole machine in unison.
